I cannot recommend this nursery enough! The staff are extremely professional, kind and of utmost importance, they are fantastic with the children, especially throughout the Covid pandemic. Our daughter has loved every second at Kattz and wakes up with a spring in her step when it's a nursery day. We love the different activities that they plan and because it's a small nursery that they really get to know your child and their personality.

Our son joined Kattz Kidz shortly after his first birthday.
We were looking for somewhere that was professionally run but didn’t feel too corporate. It was important to us that our son was left in an environment where we felt the practitioners really cared about the children. We wanted a place where he would develop holistically and most importantly we wanted him to be happy.
Kattz Kidz has a very personal feel about it, he’s greeted enthusiastically every day and the practitioners from all the other age groups seem to know his name and say hello when they see him. It feels like he’s really developed a bond with his key workers and is forever saying ‘Amy and Katy’ at home.
We were concerned about the impact the pandemic would have on his development but the routine he gets from nursery has been immeasurably important and he really has flourished since he’s been at Kattz Kidz. He is growing into a happy confident little boy and I couldn’t recommend Kattz Kidz enough.

Kattz Kidz is a brilliant nursery, the staff are all friendly and the setting is a perfect mix of educational and really good fun for the children.
My daughter was very nervous at the start, coming from a small childminder setup, but the staff, especially her key worker, made her feel so welcome and secure and went out of their way to make sure she made friends and got involved in the great range of activities. Her confidence has grown so much since being there, it’s lovely to see.
She loves the food too which is a massive compliment to the chef!

Anna-My son has loved his time at Kattz Kidz. The staff really take the time to get to know each child individually and are so thoughtful. They encourage his interests and have helped him to flourish. They make him feel heard and that his opinion matters. He has so much fun and loves the activities including Superstar Sports and nature explorers. His confidence has grown so much from their nurturing approach. He loves the social events too like the summer BBQ, hot chocolate and sparklers and Christmas party. We are going to miss nursery and especially the staff when he starts school in September.
Jess-Kattz Kidz is a lovely environment; very welcoming and has a homely feel to it. The children get to know all members of staff and staff are very dedicated to their roles working with the children and you can tell this by the daily feedback they give as well as during parents evening. Staff are extremely good at communicating with parents which makes all the difference! Not only do they support the children, but they support families as well. I will never forget the kindness they showed me when I was finding it difficult settling my little girl into the baby room. They also managed the transition from the baby room to the next room up very smoothly. Furthermore, they hold lovely events such as grandparent’s afternoon, a BBQ, a Christmas party to name a few. I would highly recommend Kattz Kidz. A huge thank you to the wonderful team who work there.
Kattz Kidz has been a great place for our children - warm, friendly and safe, with a good balance of education, creativity, and play. The staff are both friendly and professional, and we have seen our children come on leaps and bounds under their care, with many happy memories. Our eldest daughter (who started school last year) still enjoys seeing the staff when we drop off her sister in the morning. The management and carers have upped their game even further during the pandemic in order to keep the nursery open and provide a safe and happy environment for children and an essential service for parents. Highly recommended.

Our boy loves nursery as he gets to do so much more there than at home with lazy mummy watching Netflix... no seriously.
He loves all the activities that he does and we love the fact the nursery is so diverse. We find the staff very approachable and have been very supportive through some difficult times.

Kattz Kidz has been all that we had hoped for our little boy and more, he has been going since he was 9 months (now 3yrs) and the nursery have helped so much in all areas of his development. All of the staff are so warm & friendly and have genuine interest in how the children progress. Often after picking my son up he asked to go back straight away ... which I think says it all!

Ally-Moving my son to this nursery setting a little over a year ago was the best decision I could have ever made. The growth in his development and confidence is apparent to everyone that knows him. I can't recommend this nursey enough. The staff and management are just amazing dedicated key workers, fantastic communication, everyone who works there takes such amazing care of all their children and are so supportive to the parents alongside. It’s got such an inclusive family vibe. We're so sad to be moving on but so excited to know that our second baby will be part of the amazing setting in the not-too-distant future. Hayley-Kattz Kidz have been amazing with our daughter who has been going there for nearly a year now. The staff are all so lovely and are so caring with the kids. They arrange lots of fun activities for them, and they organise lovely Christmas and summer parties for us. We are so happy we chose Kattz Kidz and would recommend to anyone looking for childcare in Letchworth.

Roisine- I can't recommend this nursery highly enough! Our little girl loves it there. Each of the staff take a real interest in her and her development. The communication between us and her keyworker/nursery managers is always clear and centred around her safety.
