Meet The Team 

 

Kofo is the visionary of Kattz Kidz, an experienced social worker with a deep commitment to early years and a passion for supporting children with additional needs in inclusive environments where every child can thrive. With a strong foundation in both social care and business administration, Kofo brings a strategic perspective to service delivery, ensuring that high standards of quality and care are consistently achieved through robust quality assurance processes and a focus on continuous improvement. I am committed to shaping services that are not only responsive to individual needs but also innovative and forward-thinking in their approach. 

 

My name is Emma. I am the nursery manager. I have worked at Kattz Kidz since March 2016 and am proud to have been part of the nursery set up team. I have worked in childcare since completing my CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education, in 2004. I am passionate about working with children and especially love to watch them learn, grow and develop. 

 

My name is Lisa and I work in the Under 2’s room. I have been working at Kattz Kidz since they opened in 2016 and have been working in childcare ever since. Since starting at Kattz Kidz I have completed my CACHE Level 3 in Childcare. I am also the SENCO for the nursery. I am a parent to 3 children, and I have volunteered in toddler groups and children’s work in church since 2006. I enjoy planning activities for the children to explore and develop their own interests. 

 

My name is Natalie and I'm the room leader of blueberries in our preschool room. I started at Kattz Kidz in August 2021. I've worked in childcare since 2017. I love working in childcare as not every child is the same. During my time in childcare, I have experienced working with all age groups. I love to read stories with the children and providing them with activities involving arts and crafts. Being part of the management, I have a love for the nursery I work at and am always striving for us to be the best and provide the best for all the children in our care. 

 

My name is Nik. I am a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner in the Pre-School room. I started working at Kattz Kidz in June 2022. I have two children of my own and because of them, I am a Beaver and cub leader for the Scouts. It has always been my dream job to work in a nursery, as I enjoy supporting the children's development and seeing them grow. My main interest is Messy Play. 

 

Hello, my name is Megan-Rose, and I have been working at Kattz Kidz since 2023. I enjoy working here every day, watching the children grow and develop. I love getting to know the parents, children, and creating them bonds and have a passion for arts and crafts helping the children bring their imagination to life. I am currently a Cub’s leader and enjoy bringing my experience from that into my practice. 

 

Hi! My name is Kara, I have been working with children for nearly 3 years and joined Kattz Kidz in October 2025. I’ve always had an interest in working with children as I have grown up in a big family with lots of siblings and cousins. I studied health, social and childcare which then led me to work within SEND, which I love as there is so much to learn about and to be able to do what I do is amazing. I work in strawberries, which we do loads of fun activities and make sure we reach the children’s full potential. Outside of the nursery I love spending time with friends and family and doing arts and crafts. 

 

My name is Anjana, and I completed my master's degree before starting to work in childcare over two years ago, beginning at Kattz Kidz in 2024. I enjoy working in childcare because it lets me be part of a child’s growth, helping them learn new skills and gain confidence. It’s fulfilling to support them as they reach milestones, explore their creativity and overcome challenges. 

 

Hello, my name is Kelsey and I have been committed to childcare since 2021, beginning my journey while in college and it has become a true passion of mine. I genuinely love supporting children as they grow, learn, and discover the world around them. I started recently at Kattz Kidz in November 2025 and I’m looking forward to the journey ahead. I like spending time with my family, and I also enjoy spending time with my friends. 

 

I'm Iyrene, and I began my journey at Kattz Kidz in 2024, following the completion of my master's degree. With two years of experience in the field prior to Kattz Kidz, I have developed a strong passion for working with children. I find it incredibly rewarding to be part of their lives during such a crucial stage, guiding and supporting them as they learn the basics that will shape their future. 

 

Hi, my name is Kayleigh, I currently work in the blueberries room. I started working at Kattz Kidz in November 2025. I used to coach an under 8’s Football team and fell in love with helping children develop and learn. I am also a mum to a beautiful little girl. 

 

My name is Mary; I have been working with children since 2010 and have been at Kattz Kidz since October 2022. I am based in the Under 2’s room. I am Level 3 Qualified. In my spare time, I enjoy looking after my Granddaughter, meeting with friends and going to the cinema. 

 

My name is Casie. I’m am a bank staff member of the Kattz Kidz team I started here in November 2022. I have worked in childcare since 2015, working in another nursery and a SEN school. I took a break from childcare to have my two children and have been excited to return back to the role. I love working with children, making their day at nursery the best it can be, helping them achieve their goals but most importantly making them smile and having lots of fun! 

 

My name is Kat, I have my Level 2 qualification in childcare and have worked with children since 2021. I started at Kattz Kidz in November 2022 and am based in the Under 2’s room. I also carried out my college placement here at Kattz Kidz. I have always enjoyed working with children and watching them grow and develop. 

Hi, my name is Maya, I started working in childcare at the age of 17, I thoroughly enjoy working with children and creating a safe environment for them to play and flourish. I am based in the 2–3-year old room called Blueberries where we create fun activities to promote development and imagination. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family as well as drawing and creating art. 

 

I've been working here at Kattz Kidz since 2022, our nursery's ethos is all about creating a homely environment, where each child is valued for their uniqueness. It's an amazing place to work. 

 

My name is Katie, I have been working at Kattz Kidz Since March 2023. I started off based within the blueberries. This made me very passionate about childcare, So I decided to go to university to gain my Level 6 

 

I started my career in nurseries in 2016, initially as a cook. However, I quickly found immense satisfaction in engaging with children and therefore transitioned to a role directly involving them. I particularly relish working with babies, witnessing their first discoveries and aiding in their development. I joined Kattz Kidz in 2023. 

 

My name is Maxine, I have worked at Kattz Kidz since October 2023, and I work as a bank member of staff support all rooms. This is my first position in childcare, and I have found my new journey into childcare exciting and fulfilling. I love thinking of new activity ideas for the children to help progress their learning. 

Hello! I’m Jade, and I’ve been working in childcare since I was 18. I have been working in Katz kids since 2025 I have enjoyed my time here and I am based in baby room with a level two qualification I really love making strong bonds with the children and seeing the amazing growth of each child in my care. In my free time, I enjoy being with my partner and spending time with family, I love Christmas and it’s my favourite time of year.
